2020 Honda Ridgeline Hybrid: Fuel Efficient Workhorse of the Future
2020 Honda Ridgeline Hybrid Release Date, Refresh, Colors – The currently planned release of 2020 Honda Ridgeline Hybrid keeps many people watching the current light truck market. As a mid-size pickup truck going to be released in the American market, it is going to compete against heavy opponents, such as Ford, Chevrolet, and Toyota. However, with a futuristic exterior and interior design, high safety rating and great handling, it offers a serious challenge to its competitors.
There are two confirmed types of this vehicle: Ridgeline and Ridgeline Type-R. Although the 2020 model does not have any significant upgrades, it still has its powerful V6 engine with a unibody design and independent suspension.
What Will The 2020 Honda Ridgeline Hybrid Look Like?
Concept, Redesign, Changes
There aren’t many changes in 2020 Honda Ridgeline Hybrid compared to the previous model. Besides several minor design tweaks, such as the reshaped fog lights and slightly more chroming on the grill, it will also retain its set of headlights and daylights from the previous model.

Interior and Exterior
With the practical and simple interior, it hasn’t departed from its previous model’s interior style. Although looking at it closely, it is also a bit of resemblance to Honda Pilot’s interior. Don’t worry, because the layout of its design is just perfect for any casual driver.
Controls for the seats are conveniently placed and the console controls are also easily reachable without having to look away from the road. It also has a backlighting system which illuminates important buttons and the central entertainment system. Support for Android and apple car play on the entertainment system is also a big plus for this car’s overall comfort.
The unibody design with just futuristic streamlines makes this car look modern without going over the top like many modern car designs these days. It is just the right blend of a rugged SUV but still looks clean and cultured although it does look similar to the Pilot model, slightly tweaked.

Engine Specs, Horsepower, MPG
Featuring the powerful 3.5-Liter V6, it is a staple of the Ridgeline model due to its powerful 280 horsepower and 265 lb-ft of torque. But of course, the 2020 Honda Ridgeline Hybrid will use a new Hybrid drivetrain.
It is speculated that it will use the same drivetrain system as the Honda Accord Hybrid. This similar system will be applied to an integrated V6 engine and battery to produce a powerful yet fuel efficient engine.
Trim Level
There will be two models released, which is the 2020 Honda Ridgeline Hybrid and Ridgeline Hybrid Type R. Type-R will be the highest and fastest class of the model.
It releases with interior classes for the base model that you can freely choose. These classes are almost the same as the RTL classification from previous Ridgeline model.
